DVD 1 - Xiao Nian Tou 小念头

Xiao Nian Tou (Siu Nim Tao) means "little thought/idea".  This is the first form of Wing Chun.  In the direction of the base form, the idea from which all the fundamental system of Wing Chun was developed. It can establish a solid foundation for further learning.

DVD 2 - Basic techniques Biao Zhi 标指

The Biao Zhi (Biu Jee) can be interpreted as “darting fingers”darting finger/point. It corresponds to the hitting techniques with the fingertips, which characterize this form. This form is composed of attack techniques of short and long distance, low kicks and sweeps, technical "emergency" for cons-attack when structure and centerline have been damaged, or the practitioner is seriously injured. The practitioner will learn in this video, forms of attack techniques.

DVD 3 - Chen Qiao & Nian Shou 沉桥 & 粘手

Chen Qiao (Chum Kiu) relates to the work of movement. This form involves moving to penetrate the angles of attack and strike with power and strength. The fundamental principle of this form is based on the study of angles of an attacker to better control the attack.
