Shipping to the United States, the European Union, and Other Countries with Import Fees Included

All our products are shipped from China.

To make your purchases easier, for shipments to the United States, we offer a service that includes import fees (customs duties and VAT) in the total amount of your order. Therefore, you will not have any additional charges to pay upon delivery of your package.

Shipments with Import Fees Included

For orders shipped to the United States using the following shipping methods:

- Express delivery

Import fees (customs duties and VAT) are included in the total amount of your order. Therefore, you will not have any additional charges to pay upon delivery.

Note (July 15, 2026): At present, only Express shipping is available for deliveries to the United States. All other shipping methods are temporarily unavailable due to ongoing uncertainty regarding U.S. import regulations. We will reintroduce additional shipping options as soon as possible once import procedures and applicable fees become more stable and predictable.

List of Other Countries with Import Fees Included

Import fees are also included in the total amount of your order for shipments to the following destinations:

- European Union countries (for shipments with China Air Mail and SAL only)

Compensation for Import Fees Paid by the Customer

If your shipment is not eligible for import fees included (due to the shipping method selected or your country's import regulations), and you are required to pay import fees upon delivery, we may, as a commercial gesture, offer compensation in the form of a promotional code.

To receive this compensation, simply contact us and provide proof of payment of the import fees (invoice or receipt issued by the carrier or customs authorities).

The following conditions apply:

- Proof of payment of the import fees must be provided.
- Compensation is granted in the form of a promotional code valid on a future order.
- The promotional code is valid for 3 years from its date of issue.
- The compensation amount is capped at the VAT amount applicable in the destination country.
