This is a personalized Kung Fu pants : length of leg, hips size, your height and weight should be given. Measurements should be measured directly on your body, these are not the measurements of the clothes.
The photo below of the leg length for your reference. This is an option, and if you do not provide data, our artisans can also work on the pants for you based on your body measurement and our experiences.

Excellent quality, but...

The fabric is of very high quality, soft and at the same time appears to be very durable.

My only complaint is the waist elastic band. I gave my measurements without adding anything as instructed, yet it is really strong and restrictive which makes it great for actual martial arts training, but way too uncomfortable as casual pants. And I'm not exactly overweight by any means.

My suggestion would be to either go with a much softer waist band, or just rebrand them as exercise pants :)
