Returns & Exchanges

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

1) Return Terms and Conditions

Within 7 days of receiving the product (after signing the postal delivery slip). The customer has a right of return.

• Products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Some items cannot be returned or exchanged (except in case of defective or error on our part).

The following items cannot be returned:
1. All Customized products
2. Books, videos, DVDs
3. Clearance Items
4. Products damaged after the items have arrived to the customer
You must first contact our customer service, the exchange will not be made if you return your product without contacting first our customer service.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us, with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Your name
3. Phone number where we can reach you
4. Product that you are planning to return
5. Reason for the return

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to return your product.

Exchange

You have several options: exchange for a same product or exchange for a different product.
- For any exchange against a superior value product, you will be asked for paying the difference.
- For any exchange against a lower value product, you will be rembursed the difference by a coupon.

Re-shipment will be made within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note: We strive to do everything possible to satisfy our customers' needs and delight them with our services. For this reason, the second shipment will be paid by our shop.

Refund

Your refund will be made on your credit card, by paypal, or bank transfer (using the same method of payment as your purchase) or voucher within 7 days after we receive your return.

2) Product delivered does not correspond with the product ordered

If the product delivered does not correspond with the product ordered, the customer shall notify our customer service by email within 7 days from the day the relevant product is received. Webmartial Shop shall bear the shipping costs in returning the relevant product and re-deliver the correct product to the customer.
